Mental Health Workshop : 01

On 17 July 2025, Aparajito 24 Foundation organized a day-long mental health workshop at its office.

11 fighters injured in the July uprising participated in this session. Beyond their physical injuries, the workshop focused on the psychological struggles they continue to face.

In Bangladesh, mental health often remains overlooked. Yet many of these fighters are dealing with intense stress, PTSD and the challenge of adapting to a completely new reality.

The session was conducted by clinical psychologists Zohra Parveen and Farzana Sultana Nila. Under their guidance, the workshop was designed as a group therapy session creating a safe space where participants could share their experiences, support one another and begin rebuilding their inner strength.

Through this session, they found a space to speak openly,

to connect with others who truly understand

and to regain the courage to move forward.

Aparajito 24 Foundation has prioritized the mental well-being of July-injured fighters from the very beginning and this journey continues.

Because rehabilitation is not only physical, but mental too.
